Question Title Importing external contacts into Office365
When moving from on onsite system you'll need to bring over the external contacts that users are used to finding, the import needs to use the Office365 PowerShell:
Powershell connected to Outlook Live.
For example:

CSV File:

"DisplayName","ExternalEmailAddress"
"Joe Bloggs","joe@bloggs.co.uk"
"Fred Bloggs","fred@bloggs.co.uk"

Powershell command:

Import-Csv .\contacts.csv|%{New-MailContact -Name $_.DisplayName -DisplayName $_.DisplayName -ExternalEmailAddress $_.ExternalEmailAddress}

They should now be imported and show in the Global Address List (GAL), you can (PS) Use Get-MailContact to list them if you need to check or view via the gui.
